nuukk founder Andrea Hild
Managing director Andrea Hild founded nuukk in Berlin at the end of 2010. What began as a project of the heart alongside his painting studies soon became a full-time job. The focus of nuukk was from the beginning on stationery and home decor.
“My illustrations are mostly created entirely analog with brushes on watercolor paper. I really like it when the handiwork behind it remains recognizable. Being a mother of a son and daughter, it’s important to me to create products that are liked by everyone and not bow to the trend of gender marketing.”

Since 2020 nuukk also collaborates with other great illustrators whose designs complement the nuukk collection. In the meantime, a small but excellent team also supports the realization of Andrea’s product ideas.

High quality products
nuukk attaches great importance to sustainability. Our products are produced as locally as possible – a large part of them in Germany. We also cooperate with a Berlin workshop where people with disabilities or psychosocial impairments can find opportunities for training and employment. All toys and cuddly pillows are also lovingly handmade here. To stay on the ball for our dealers, nuukk also regularly attends interior trade shows.

What are the shipping costs in the nuukk retail store?
Nuukk works with flat rates to avoid having to pass on increased shipping costs to individual products. Since we also care about small stores and retailers, we always make sure that our prices are fair and remain affordable.
How quickly do nuukk items ship to our retailers?
We work fast for you ! 1-2 business days after payment is received, our goods are usually already shipped to our retailers. This is often already the next working day. The delivery time depends on the shipping services (DHL and DPD). Nuukk does not assume any liability or guarantee in this regard.
Pre-ordered goods
If you have pre-ordered items, please check the order confirmation. There you will find the date when the product will be back in stock. The earliest shipment will be on that day, or the next business day.

Please place two separate orders! Otherwise, everything will be shipped together as soon as all goods are available. Unfortunately, we cannot split shipments afterwards.

How can I pay for my goods from nuukk?
Orders from D+AT are dispatched on account. Orders from all other countries can only be placed by prepayment and bank transfer. We’ll send an order confirmation separately by mail after receiving your order. You will receive an invoice by email after the goods have been shipped.
Can I see the products before I buy them?
If you would like to personally convince yourself of the quality of nuukk products, just send us an email and we will send you some samples. Shipping within Germany is free of charge. We ship abroad for a general delivery charge.

Point of Sale: What are the sales promotion tools?
We are happy to help you promote nuukk products in your store! For our temporary kids tattoos and porcelain stickers, we have made a display for you. In addition, there are explanatory marketing stickers in three languages (DE, EN, FR). We also have special flyers for your Easter business, which we will gladly enclose.

Territory protection: Can I represent nuukk products exclusively?
Since it is not possible for us to trace who distributes nuukk products in which area, territory protection is unfortunately not possible. However, you are welcome to email us and we will see who is carrying nuukk products near you and in your area at this moment. But then, of course, we cannot predict when the next retailer in the area will register.
Are individual custom-made products possible?
For large quantities, custom designs with illustrations by nuukk are possible for most products. Illustration commissions can also be accepted by arrangement.
